Josefin, you inspire me. Blessings to you. I had lived two blocks up from the bay and had fantasies of running down to the dock, and jumping into its icy waters and simply walking up the hill again, not caring who watched. (This wasn't a comfortable area of the bay covered with rocks and barnacles and only a few brave souls swam in this area in the summer months)...but nonetheless...It reminds me how I longed to feel alive...you have rekindled that-time to find my icy bath!

Ooh, sounds like a beautiful place! And sometimes a secret dream can feel just as alive as the real thing.

Wow, just wow! I truly love everything about this piece of writing Josefin. It struck part awe, part envy ( if I’m truthful) for your past ‘home’ and present’ ‘nest’. And you transported me to both places , I was swept along … and will delight in reading more of your words. X
